The application works with the company’s Total Connect 2.0 Remote Services, which allow customers to use the Internet, smartphones, cameras, and more to connect to their security and video systems. The icon-based interface lets users control security system keypad functions and video viewing with the tap of a finger. They can view live video, record and store video clips, take snapshots, or have video e-mailed to them when an event occurs. Applications are also available for iPhone and BlackBerry products. </p> </div>

The Contour Clip attaches through the badge’s slot and attaches directly to clothing without a plastic holder. Visitor badges made of card stock with slots can be issued manually or computer printed. Clips can be re­used and cost no more than adhesive badges. Badges and clips are recyclable. </p> </div>

Multiple sites and multiple transmitters can be selected for monitoring, and the user can seamlessly manage all on-site surveillance cameras from one phone. Bidirectional integration means that the system operator can perform remote openings and emergency lockdowns while receiving a real-time audit trail and door-open and intrusion alarms. </p>
