Video for Hamburg Landmark

ELBPHILHARMONIE HAMBURG houses three world-class concert halls, a hotel, private apartments, a restaurant, a parking garage, and a public viewing area with a 360-degree view of Hamburg, Germany. Recently renovated, it is built on the foundation of the Kaiserspeicher building, which was erected in 1875 and served as a warehouse into the late 20th century.

A buildingwide video security system protects people and assets. In the parking area, the system guarantees orderly traffic flow and secure parking spaces. Weatherproof Dallmeier infrared cameras are located strategically to keep watch over all the entrances and levels of the car park and deliver high-resolution video images, even in darkness.

The public plaza area is covered by intelligent video analytics, which can count visitors and detect abandoned packages, for example. More than 300 Dallmeier camera systems, including Panomera multifocal sensors, are located throughout the building and controlled by Dallmeier's SeMSy III video management system. The full-IP system was planned and installed by DEKOM Video Security & Network GmbH.
